Colomba pasquale (Easter Dove) is an Italian traditional Easter cake, similar to Christmas Panettone. The dough for the colomba is made with flour, eggs, sugar, natural yeast and butter. The Vergani Colomba Etoile is a naturally leavened confectionery bakery product made with premium quality ingredients: candied Sicilian orange peel, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods, acacia honey from Tuscany.
