Vergani Colomba Traditional

Colomba pasquale (Easter Dove) is an Italian traditional Easter cake, similar to Christmas Panettone. The dough for the colomba is made with flour, eggs, sugar, natural yeast and butter. The Vergani Colomba traditional is a naturally leavened confectionery bakery product made with candied orange peels, covered with almonds and glazed.
