Vergani Vegan Colomba Traditional

Colomba pasquale (Easter Dove) is an Italian traditional Easter cake, similar to Christmas Panettone.  The Vergani Vegan Colomba traditional is made from a soft dough of white flour, rice flour, cocoa butter and extra-virgin olive oil and studded with candied fresh Sicilian orange peel and a fragrant almond frosting.
