Tuscan Pecorino DOP

Pecorino Toscano is a semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese that is milder and less salty than Pecorino Romano. It can be considered table cheeses and can be served by itself with a slice of fresh bread or as an appetizer together with cold cuts.
